It includes visits to Interpretation Centres on Food, Nutrition and Gastronomy, with a special mention given to Idiazabal cheese, a typical product of the region. Ordizia market offers its most prized produce from the hands of the producers themselves. Quality and freshness is guaranteed. The tour ends with a delicious meal prepared using seasonal produce.
